Colour

Nose
Relentless peat and medicinal smoke rise, tempered by vanilla and honeyed caramel from the bourbon cask. Fresh oak and toasted barley mingle with citrus zest, a wisp of ash and coastal brine, delivering a bold, unfiltered nose full of depth and intensity.
Palate
Big, mouth-coating and waxy, with a bourbon-vanilla backbone of caramel, toffee and creamy coconut. Bold peat and ash smoke weave through the sweetness, while black pepper and oak spices linger. Long, warming finish, with persistent smoky sweetness and a subtle mineral lift.
Finish
Long, warming finish: peat smoke lingers with bourbon-vanilla sweetness, hints of toffee and oak spice, and a gentle peppery glow that slowly fades into the palate.
