A mineral edge and citrus zing cut through, while the high ABV lends warmth and presence, building a powerful, smoky aroma that coats the nose with depth and intensity.

Palate

Firm peat smoke rises over a sherried heart, delivering dark chocolate, fig, and raisin with espresso hints. Rich vanilla and oak spice weave through leather, cocoa nib, and a touch of cured tobacco. Sea-salt brightness keeps the sweetness in check, while the 54.9% ABV adds a warming, lingering ember that fades to a savory, smoky finish.

Finish

Long, smoky finish with persistent peat enveloping rich sherry sweetness. Dried fruits, dark chocolate and spice linger, carried by creamy oak, before slowly fading to a discreet, resinous ash.
