Colour

Nose

Salted tropical fruit opens the nose, brightened by spicy mango salsa. Buttery oak grounds the aroma as aromatic spices rise, with musky peach, dark honey, and a final note of sugared almonds.

Palate

Salted caramel meets peppery oak, with treacle sponge and gingercake, a buttery maltloaf core, framed by toasted aromatic spices, anise and dark honey.

Finish

Soft, buttery rye bread carries the finish, giving way to salty toffee and dark treacle. White pepper punctuates the fade as anise threads through, finally settling into a chocolate fudge echo that lingers warmly on the palate.
