A burst of smoky fruit rises from peat, bright lemon and lime zest cutting through, all wrapped in a veil of waxy dark chocolate.
Palate
Crackling peat erupts on the palate, fizzing with tangy lemon and lime. Black pepper sparks over sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee, delivering a bright, smoky sweetness with a coastal edge.
Finish
A long, smoky finish lingers with tarry espresso, aniseed and toasted almonds, underscored by soft barley and a hint of fresh pear.
