Nose

Powerful peat smoke with maritime iodine and saline brine rises from the glass. Sherry-cask richness threads through dark fruit—raisin and fig—alongside cocoa, vanilla and toasted oak. A peppery spice and citrus zest spark the aroma, leaving a clean mineral finish that echoes the Islay shores.

Palate

Layered peat and maritime smoke sweep the palate, tempered by rich sherry sweetness. Prune, dark chocolate and espresso mingle with brine and iodine as oak and spice lend depth. Velvet but assertive, it coats the mouth and finishes long with sea-salt, smoke and a lingering ember of sweetness.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of peat smoke and iodine, with sea-salt brininess clinging to the palate. Charred oak provides a warm sweetness, while hints of dark fruit and cocoa gradually fade to a mineral, resinous finish that lingers.
