Palate

Oil-rich and powerful, this pours with a surf of peat. Briny iodine and sea-salt frame bold smoke, while dark fig and plum sweetness lingers. Sherry whispers through espresso, cocoa and leather, adding depth. The 57.9% ABV drives a warm, peppery finish that coats the tongue, leaving charcoal, ash and a lasting, medicinal peat echo.
