This Single Malt is another exceptional example of single cask maturation from Annandale. Before being bottled at cask strength, this Whisky was laid down in 2017 in an STR ex-Burgundy cask, imparting notes of sugared almonds, oat-y biscuits and a hint of spice.

A bold, warming palate at cask strength, unveiling sugared almonds and oat biscuits with a gentle spice that lingers. The STR ex-Burgundy cask lends a silky, oaken backbone and a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish of sugared almonds and oat biscuits, slowly fading with a gentle spice that lingers on the palate. The residual sweetness dries to a soft almond-nut finale, carried by faint oak whispers from the STR ex-Burgundy cask.
