Nose

Opulent sherry-driven aroma with dense dried fruit—raisin, fig, date—woven with orange peel and treacle. Cinnamon and vanilla from Palo Cortado and bourbon oak mingle with cocoa and toasted almond spice, while a warm, inviting core hints at leather.

Palate

Bold and vibrant on the palate, with sweetness and spice in equal measure. Rich dried fruit from PX and Palo Cortado accents caramel and vanilla from ex-bourbon casks. Warm cinnamon, clove, and black pepper mingle with silky oak, finishing long with a balanced, lingering sweetness.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with PX and Palo Cortado depth merging with bourbon oak. Rich dark fruit, fig and raisin persist, woven with cocoa, vanilla, and spice, slowly fading into a warm, lingering glow.
