Silky and vibrant on the palate, with orchard fruit—green apple and pear—lifted by citrus zest and a vanilla-cream depth from Chardonnay cask. Herbal notes of thyme and mint weave through light spice and white pepper, supported by subtle oak. A bright, herbaceous finish lingers with creamy fruit echoes.
