Oily, rich aromas are abundant on the nose, with sherry-cask depth and a bright, balanced freshness that reflects its expertly blended Scotch character.

Palate

Silky, oily and full-bodied on the palate. Rich sherry influence delivers prunes, fig and raisin, threaded with toffee, dark chocolate and warm spice. A bright citrus lift keeps it balanced, gliding into a long, oak-driven finish.

Finish

Long, velvety finish with a warming glow. An oily mouthfeel unfolds into dried fruit, cocoa and sherry sweetness, then settles into warm spice and toasted oak. Persistent, refined and elegant, it lingers with the balanced richness of this Modern Nostalgia blend.

Woven was founded in 2020 by Peter Allison, Duncan McRae and Nick Ravenhall, with the business launching in 2021 from Leith, Edinburgh. Rather than centring itself on one distillery, Woven was set up as a modern whisky maker focused on blending, with Leith chosen in part because of its long history as a whisky blending and trading hub.
