Bright and inviting, this nose opens with orchard fruit, vanilla and honeyed cognac sweetness. Pear and apricot mingle with warm spice, toasted oak and a delicate almond note, lifted by a subtle floral brightness. The cognac finish whispers refinement and depth.
Palate
Bright and generous on the palate, this blend carries a lively sweetness with a warm spice core. Rich amber fruit—orange peel, dried apricot, and raisin—drifts over creamy vanilla and toffee, tempered by smooth oak. Subtle cognac-cask influence adds a velvety, aromatic depth, with nutmeg, cinnamon and a whisper of white pepper. Long, balanced finish, inviting another sip.
Finish
Long, warming finish with cognac-soft sweetness, where vanilla, dried fruit and a gentle spice linger, fading into polished oak.
