Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant golden amber with honeyed warmth and coppery highlights.
Nose
Initially sweet, the nose unfolds with ripe fruit and a breath of sea air. Citrus brightness lifts alongside subtle cereal notes, with just a trace of peat smoke lingering in the background.
Palate
Sweet, nutty tones lead the palate, with hints of grapes and honey in the background. Floral flavours abound, enhanced by a touch of dried fruit and spice, finishing in a soft, enduring sweetness.
Finish
Soft, sweet tones fade gradually, leaving a refined sweetness on the palate. In the very end, a trace of gentle peat smoke threads through, imparting a subtle, smoky glow to the finish.
