Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a kiss of mahogany, hinting at sherry-darkened richness.
Nose
Peat smoke entwined with coastal brine and sea spray, lifted by vanilla and toffee. Bright citrus zest and green apple rise, while subtle sherry sweetness hints at fig and raisin, all carried on a maritime iodine and mineral finish.
Palate
Immersive peat smoke tethered to a maritime spine—briny sea spray, kelp, and iodine crown the palate. Rich sherry-influenced sweetness tempers the boldness with dark orchard fruits, raisins, and a hint of dark cocoa, while toasty oak and peppery spice linger into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, coastal finish: briny peat and sea-salt linger, harmonized by sherry-fueled sweetness. Dark fruit and cocoa tint the oak as the smoke slowly wanes, leaving a refined pepper and mineral drift that persists with remarkable elegance.
