Crafted from Concerto and Laureate barley and matured in American White Oak, it balances rich smoke, brine and oak spice with layers of apricot, barley sugar, vanilla and white pepper. Zesty oak, bonfire embers and hints of oriental smoke lead into a long, coastal finish with capsicum heat and youthful island character, delivering a powerful yet elegant expression of Skye’s rugged spirit.
