Nose
Delicate peat unfurls, giving way to soft, aged oak smoke. Lively citrus and crisp green apples mingle with vanilla pods and raisins, with the faintest kiss of ginger.
Palate
Delicate peat smoke with soft vanilla and a sweet oak character. A gentle wood spice lingers as the peat fades, leaving a viscous mouth-coating of citrus fruits and subtle green apples.
Finish
