The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years Old forms part of Macallan's Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. Deliciously smooth with a long, rich finish, the natural dark mahogany colour of the 30 Years Old is the richest in the range.
As always, this is presented in a luxurious wooden box and the iconic ribbon wrapped around the bottle, which has been featured in other rare Macallan releases.

Nose
Honeyed figs and dates with hints of caramelised pineapple and chocolate orange, a decadent, warm bouquet hinting at rich Sherry oak.
Palate
Luxuriously rich, the palate delivers fruitcake and prunes, brightened by stem ginger, cinnamon and orange essence, and a gentle wave of toasted oak that lingers with warm spice and refined sweetness.
Finish
A long, luxurious finish that lingers with toasted oak, warming spice and bright orange zest.
