Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with rich mahogany hues and coppery undertones.
Nose
Wood vanillas open with a hint of spice, while ripe blackcurrants mingle with earthy undertones and a trace of peat, yielding a rich, textured aroma.
Palate
Sweet oak vanillas, fudge and toffee coat the mouth as black peppercorns provide a gentle warmth, with deep sweetness joining orange peel and figs.
Finish
An incredibly viscous, mouth-coating finish that lingers long and slightly dry, propelled by a delicate peat whisper. Subtle orange peel and fig notes weave through the sweetness of oak, leaving a refined, lingering glow.
