Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant deep amber with copper-gold glints and honeyed warmth that glows in the glass.
Nose
Big apple aromas mingle with peanut brittle and milk chocolate. A sweet-salty harmony rises like dough, carried by a wisp of sidewalks, fresh rain and cherry blossom.
Palate
On the palate, baked apple and raisin mingle with chocolate-covered nuts, maple syrup and toasted waffles, finishing with salted pecans.
Finish
Medium finish of roasted nuts and sweet oak, a warm, toasted echo that lingers with subtle vanilla and bakery spice.
