Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold glints and a touch of mahogany, rich and inviting.
Nose
Rich sherried aroma of dried fruits—raisin, fig, currant—woven with orange zest, toffee and vanilla. Spices bloom softly: cinnamon and clove, with polished oak and a whisper of leather.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with sun-dried raisin and fig, bright orange zest, and dark chocolate knit to espresso. Warm nutmeg, cinnamon and clove weave through velvety sherry oak, while almond, toffee and a hint of leather extend a long, luxurious finish.
Finish
Exquisite and lingering, the finish pours a wave of sherry-driven warmth that clings long to the tongue. Dried fruit, fig and raisin sweetness mingles with toasted oak, cinnamon and cocoa, fading into nutty, orange-zest brightness. Velvet-soft and perfectly balanced, the memory lingers with dignified spice and a touch of leather.
