This English Single Malt from The Lakes has been matured in a combination of Oloroso, Palo Cortado, Fino and Manzanilla Sherry casks before being bottled in late 2021. Tasting notes include oak and incense, toasted rye bread, treacle and a hint of spice.
The artwork has been created by Song Kang, a Korean-American illustrator renowned worldwide for her infinitely intricate environments. Chosen specifically for her style, these incredibly woven illustrations were ideal for Infinity's complex and mysterious whisky character.

Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper highlights and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Richer oak and incense rise from the glass, a resinous backbone that invites the senses. Treacle sweetness blends with toasted rye bread and a gentle spice, while a delicate sherry lift hints at dried-fruit depth and a warm, elegant maturity.
Palate
Warm and inviting on the palate, oak and incense form a fragrant backbone, while toasted rye bread and treacle provide a rich sweetness. A subtle spice threads through, lending lift before a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, resonant finish with warming oak and fragrant incense, slowly dissolving into treacle sweetness and a subtle spice. Echoes of toasted rye linger as sherry-cask depth unfurls, leaving a velvety, contemplative glow that endures and beckons another thoughtful sip.
