The ONE Sherry Expression is a beautifully blended whisky comprising of whiskies from across the British Isles, carefully sourced and blended to create a harmonious flavour profile that reflects the passion and diversity of our island nation.
The ONE is then finished in the finest first-fill PX casks from Spain to add a layer of dried fruits and spice. These casks were handcrafted in in the Andalucía region of Spain by our trusted suppliers before arriving in the UK to be filled with the ONE, and only, British Isles blended whisky.

Colour
Rich copper-amber with mahogany depth and a warm, reddish-gold glow.
Nose
Aromas of sun-warmed PX sherry unfold with lush dried fruits—raisin, fig and prune—framed by orange zest, toffee and caramel. Spices drift through: cinnamon and clove, with vanilla and toasted oak lingering in the background, hinting at the blend’s British Isles origins finished in first-fill casks.
Palate
Opulent and inviting on the palate, The ONE Sherry Expression unfurls a velvet entry of dried fig and sultana, with caramelised orange zest and toffee. Rich, spice-kissed notes of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg weave through supple oak, finishing with raisin sweetness and a warm, lingering sherry glow.
Finish
An expansive, lingering finish layered with dried fig, date and plum, tempered by dark chocolate and molasses. The first-fill PX cask from Spain brings a warm spice bloom—clove, nutmeg and orange zest—into a velvet, oak-kissed tail that gradually tapers, inviting another contemplative sip.
