Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm copper glow.
Nose
Sherried richness floods the nose: raisin, fig and orange zest entwine with mocha-like cocoa and burnt sugar. Nutty notes of walnut and almond weave through vanilla and toffee, while a ribbon of oak and spice—cinnamon and clove—lends warmth, elegance, and a slowly unfolding depth.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, the palate unfolds with rich dried-fruit sweetness—raisin, fig and date—woven with dark chocolate, toffee and toasted almond. Sherry depth carries orange zest, cinnamon and ginger, resting on velvety oak. A long, warming finish of spice and subtle espresso notes.
Finish
Long and luxurious, the finish carries sherried richness: dried fig, orange zest and dark chocolate mingle with toasted oak. Subtle spice and caramelized nuts echo, leaving a warm, elegant glow that lingers.
