Deep amber with coppery-bronze tones and a hint of ruby glow.
Nose
Smoky coastal air and sea-salt brine open to a lush wave of port-finished sweetness. Peat and maritime vigor mingle with ripe berries (raspberry, blackberry and plum), while vanilla and spice from the oak lend a warm, caramel-soaked undertone.
Palate
A voluptuous fusion of Talisker’s coastal peat with lush port-derived fruit. Rich blackberry and raspberry compote weave through smoky, maritime notes, salted caramel and cracked black pepper. The port sweetness rounds the heat, delivering a velvety, full-bodied mouthfeel that lingers with sea-salt, char, and a subtle warmth of port.
Finish
Long maritime finish, where Talisker’s smoky sea-salt core rides a wave of port-driven sweetness. Ripe blackberry and raspberry linger with warm spice, finishing with a refined, lingering dryness.
