Colour

Pink-tinged amber with a delicate rose-gold glow

Nose

Peat smoke and coastal brine rise from a rich sherry backbone, releasing dark fruits, fig and raisin, with warm spice, cocoa, and salted caramel. Vanilla-tinged oak frames the aroma, finishing with a bright hint of orange zest.

Palate

Bright pink fruit dominates the palate—raspberry and strawberry mingle with a whisper of pink pepper, while a gentle peat and sherry sweetness threads through. Velvety texture, with spice and cacao-dusted oak, and a maritime, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, warm and sherried, the finish coats the palate with rich dried fruit, cocoa and red berry hints. A delicate pink pepper spice threads through, while coastal oak and a touch of toffee linger, slowly fading to a silky, warming glow that persists and grows more refined with every breath.
