Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery undertones and a touch of mahogany, radiating a warm, inviting glow.
Nose
Floral violet notes mingle with creamy buttercream and lush peaches, woven with subtle cola. A touch of grated ginger adds a warm, spicy lift, delivering a dessert-soft, inviting aroma that hints at sherry-cask richness to come.
Palate
Soft peat smoke comes through on the palate, complemented by notes of red velvet cake, strawberry laces and icing sugar.
Finish
A waxy, lingering finish carries bright orange rind as the peat smoke persists, leaving a warm, resinous echo.
