Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright sun-gold with a delicate amber shimmer
Nose
Very fresh and grassy, like walking along a farm path after the barley has been cut—banana, honey-rich flapjacks, lemon yoghurt, subtle salty cereal, and peppery spice.
Palate
Freshly baked biscuits with salted vanilla cream, a dash of ginger, ripe melon and zingy citrus, lemon curd and blanched almonds.
Finish
Clean as a whistle with salted citrus rind, fresh barley and cereal notes, a drizzle of runny honey over Greek yoghurt and a subtle ginger edge.
