Colour
Natural golden amber with a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Pure and inviting, this nose opens with creamy vanilla and caramel from the bourbon cask, then reveals crisp orchard fruit—green apple and pear—brightened by citrus zest. Subtle toasted oak, almond, and a gentle peppery spice add grace, while the non chill-filtered, cask-strength depth hints at the honest, unadorned character inside.
Palate
On the palate, bold yet elegant, creamy vanilla and caramel from bourbon casks mingle with orchard fruit and a bright citrus note; white pepper and gentle spice weave through the sweetness as oak provides structure. At cask strength the texture is full, warming and mouth-coating, finishing with a long, vanilla-laden warmth.
Finish
Long, warming finish with vanilla and toffee sweetness, riding on toasted oak and bourbon spice. A trace of citrus zest lingers, followed by a gentle peppery bite that slowly fades to a comforting, refined glow.
