The nose is rich and darkly attractive, with spiced and macerated red fruits “En Croute”. The palate is subtly piquant, minted and gently oaked with a later honey and nuts style. Catch walnuts and sweet damp sugary dates amongst the molasses on the finish.

Subtly piquant, with minty lift and a gentle oak. Honey lingers, joined by nutty depth as walnuts and sweet, damp dates surface, weaving through a molasses-kissed finish.

Speyside Distillery
Speyside Distillery was the long-held vision of George Christie, who bought the site in 1962 and spent decades developing it from an old barley mill near Drumguish. Although the buildings were completed in 1987, distillation did not begin until 12 December 1990, giving the distillery a relatively modern start despite its older-looking setting and traditional appearance.
