Peat smoke swirls with velvety vanilla and caramel from bourbon casks, tempered by a bright citrus honey note. Rich malt sweetness, toasted oak and a touch of pepper build through the mid-palate, finishing long with coastal smokiness, a hint of saline, and cocoa-chocolate depth.

Finish

Long, softly peated finish lingers with warm peat and sweet bourbon vanilla. Toasted oak frames the smoke, while a kiss of citrus and honey drifts in, leaving a clean, slightly peppery fade.
