Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery hues and a warm mahogany edge.
Nose
Opulent dried fruit notes of fig, dates and prune, lifted by bright orange zest. Rich sherry aromas weave through caramel, dark chocolate and toasted almond, while vanilla-honey sweetness and velvety oak add depth. A gentle spice echo of cinnamon and clove then wraps the nose in warm, inviting complexity.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied and richly sherried, the palate unveils plush dried fruit—fig, raisin, and orange peel—woven with toffee, cocoa, and espresso. Oak-derived spices—cinnamon and clove—dance across a creamy, velvety texture, leaving a long, warming finish of dark chocolate, nutty notes, and hints of leather.
Finish
Sherry-rich and impeccably long, the finish unfolds with dark fruits—figs and raisins—woven with cocoa, toffee and spice. Oak tannins cradle the sweetness, fading to a warm, velvety glow that lingers with coffee-kissed depth and a delicate hint of orange zest.
