A 43% Whisky fermented, distilled and aged in Cornwall. Fermented with peated malt barley, distilled & aged in American Oak. Flavour its soft on the palate with a hint of malt and peat coming though the oak flavour and aroma.

Colour

Golden amber with warm honey highlights and a subtle copper glow.

Nose

Soft peat and malt entwine with creamy American oak, releasing vanilla and caramel notes. A touch of smoke threads through, giving a refined, warm aroma with subtle sweetness.

Palate

Soft on the palate with delicate malt sweetness and a whisper of peat, carried by creamy American oak. Subtle smoke weaves through vanilla and toasted timber, finishing clean, refined and slightly soothing.

Finish

Elegant, lingering finish with soft peat and malt carried by warm American oak. A delicate vanilla sweetness threads through the smoke, while toasted malt echoes as it fades to a creamy, comforting warmth.
