A blend of traditional Christmas herbs and spices, infused with our own fermented alcohol to produce a Yuletide spirit. You will find notes of nutmeg, cloves, candied orange, raisins, ginger and muscovado sugar.

Nice on its own, or lovely served with a ginger ale (spiced orange ginger ale in particular). Also amazing when included in an affogato!

Deep amber with warm coppery glints and a honey-gold glow.

Nose

A warm, festive nose of nutmeg and cloves, entwined with candied orange, raisins and ginger, all lacquered by rich muscovado sugar. Subtle herbal Christmas notes linger in the background.

Palate

Warm, festive palate of nutmeg and clove, bright candied orange and raisins with a ginger kick. Rich muscovado sugar lends molasses depth, finishing in a cozy, lingering spice glow.

Finish

Warm, lingering finish wrapped in spice and holiday sweetness. Nutmeg and cloves thread through candied orange and ginger, while raisins and muscovado sugar melt into a soft caramel echo. A graceful, long-lasting glow of Christmas warmth that invites another sip.
