About Rosemullion

Rosemullion Distillery is a family-run Cornish spirits producer based near the Helford River in rural Cornwall. Founded in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Andy and Liz Bradbury, Rosemullion draws on their background in chemistry and product development, applying that experience to small-batch gin, rum and whisky production.

Rosemullion ferments its own base alcohol rather than simply flavouring bought-in neutral spirit, using Cornish rainwater as part of the fermentation and distillation process. Production is carried out in copper pot stills, with local fruit, honey and botanicals used across the distillery’s Cornish gin and rum releases.

The Rosemullion range includes Cornish dry gin, flavoured gins, white rum, gold rum, dark rum, spiced rum, navy rum, honey rum and whisky-related releases. The style is built around full-flavoured, small-batch spirits with a clear Cornish identity, shaped by the distillery’s orchard setting, local ingredients and hands-on production.
