Colour

Deep, glossy mahogany-brown with coppery highlights and a velvety chocolate sheen.

Nose

Dark chocolate and cocoa nibs rise, woven with ripe raspberry and tropical mango. Subtle caramel and vanilla from the pot-distilled rum, with a touch of toasted oak, lend a warm, confection-like sweetness that lingers in a fruity, inviting bouquet.

Palate

Silky chocolate and cocoa give way to bright raspberry and tropical mango, with a soft caramel sweetness and a warm rum spice that lingers into a cocoa-kissed finish.

Finish

Silky, chocolate-dusted finish where dark cocoa meets bright raspberry and tropical mango. A warm, velvety sweetness lingers, fading into soft spice and a gentle echo of Cornish rum.
