A 43% Whisky fermented, distilled and aged in Cornwall. Fermented with peated malt barley, distilled & aged in American Oak. Flavour its soft on the palate with a hint of malt and peat coming though the oak flavour and aroma.

Colour

Golden amber with warm coppery undertones.

Nose

Subtle peat blends with mellow malt and the warm depth of American oak; a refined, approachable nose that invites a sip.

Palate

Soft and silky on the palate, with delicate malt sweetness and a whisper of peat. American oak brings vanilla, light spice and creamy texture, letting the peat weave through the wood into a refined, smoky finish that remains balanced and poised.

Finish

Soft malt sweetness lingers with a delicate peat kiss, carried by warm American oak. The finish unfolds slowly into creamy vanilla and subtle smoke, leaving a coastal warmth that tapers to a clean, light char.
