The inaugural release from Rosemaund Farm Distillery is a 10 Year Old Single Malt crafted from Maris Otter barley and matured in eleven casks, mainly bourbon with a touch of full-term sherry.
Limited to around 2,700 bottles, it was created by the Chase family, blended by Tristan Stephenson and features involvement from Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels director Guy Ritchie. Expect polished oak, baked apple, dried fruit, orange zest and warming spice, leading to a long, dry, cocktail-like finish.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights, a sunlit, honeyed glow that speaks of oak and sherry maturity.
Nose
Polished oak, fragrant meadowsweet, malted biscuit, cinnamon-spiced plum, baked red apple, and candied orange peel.
Palate
On the palate, a Dry Manhattan impression threads ginger and black pepper with orange zest, balanced by a gentle malty sweetness. Grippy and elegant, it finishes warm with a refined, cocktail-like length.
Finish
Dried fruit lingers with mature tobacco spice, delivering a dry, elegant finish that softly fades.
