Delicate, floral nose with green apple and pear at the core, lifted by lily and a touch of honeyed lemon zest. Subtle wax and almond mingle with a refined sherry warmth—dried fig, cocoa, and a hint of spice—settled on warm oak. A light mineral edge provides Rosebank’s airy, grassy lift.
Palate
Silky, waxy palate with bright green apple, pear and lemon zest, rounded by honeyed sweetness. Sherry-cask influence yields dried fig, raisin and almond, with a touch of spice and gentle oak. Finishes long and refined, fruit-forward with a delicate nutty glow lingering.
Finish
A refined, lingering finish that unfolds in delicate orchard fruit and citrus, softening into warm almond, honey and faint oak spice. Dried fruit and a whisper of cocoa linger in the afterglow, delivering a silky warmth and a poised, nuanced sweetness that fades with grace.
