Colour
Pale straw gold, bright and delicate, with a soft sunlit honey tint.
Nose
Delicate and perfumed, with lemon zest, green apple and lilac over a waxy, vanilla-soaked base. Subtle sherry brings dried apricot, almond and a whisper of cocoa, lending warmth to this pristine Lowland bouquet. Light, bright and gracefully floral, with citrus and mineral notes lingering.
Palate
Silky and buoyant on the palate, this Rosebank delivers delicate orchard fruits—pear and green apple—lifted with lemon zest. A honeyed sweetness and subtle floral note weave with a whisper of waxy vanilla, while light sherry-spice and almond thread through the mid-palate. The finish is long, refined, and citrusy-dry, leaving an elegant trace of barley sweetness.
Finish
An elongated, delicate finish that carries Rosebank’s signature perfume—floral honeyed notes and orchard fruit—soft waxy sweetness and a touch of almond. White pepper and citrus zest add a gentle spark, while subtle oak and a whisper of mineral linger, leaving a clean, elegant long impression.
