Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with sunlit honey and a warm coppery sheen.
Nose
Bright lime zest entwined with honeyed tropical fruits, a delicate veil of white chocolate giving way to vanilla custard and lemon sorbet.
Palate
Smooth with ripe green apple and passionfruit. Giving way to charred oak. Dried banana combines with toasted almonds and malted biscuit.
Finish
A full, long finish that lingers with spice and citrus fruit, slowly fading into a warm, composed glow.
