Fresh lime zest complements sweet honey and tropical fruits. Subtle white chocolate develops, leading to vanilla custard and lemon sorbet.

Palate

Smooth with ripe green apple and passionfruit. Giving way to charred oak. Dried banana combines with toasted almonds and malted biscuit.

Finish

Full and long with lingering spice and citrus fruit.
