Quite tangy, with blood orange and cranberries, complemented by bittersweet dark chocolate, and a touch of stem ginger.
Finish
Long, tangy finish of blood orange and cranberry preserved by bittersweet dark chocolate, with a warming kick of stem ginger. Red-wine fruit lingers, lightly balsamic, fading to cocoa and toasted oak.
