Distilled at Glenburgie in 1995, this 30-year-old Speyside single malt was selected by Signatory Vintage for the prestigious Symington’s Choice collection and bottled in 2026. Matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead, cask number 201, it was bottled at natural cask strength of 47.4% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring.

Three decades of maturation have created a rich, deeply sherried whisky, with layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and mature oak complemented by warming spice and lingering sweetness. With only 343 bottles produced, this is a particularly limited single-cask Glenburgie showcasing the depth and complexity of long-term sherry maturation.
