Distilled at Glenburgie in 1995, this 30-year-old whisky was selected by Signatory Vintage for the prestigious Symington’s Choice collection and bottled in 2026. Drawn from single cask number 105 and released at 51% ABV, it spent its final maturation period in a first-fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, bringing additional richness and depth to the long-aged Glenburgie spirit.
The sherry influence brings layers of rich dried fruit, dark sweetness, warming spice and mature oak, while three decades of ageing provide further complexity and refinement. Limited to just 331 bottles, this is an exceptionally small-outturn Glenburgie showcasing the combination of extended maturation and concentrated Oloroso sherry cask influence.
