Colour

Nose

Delicate and perfumed, this Rosebank opens with citrus blossom, pear and white peach, a soft floral lift over subtle orchard fruit. Sherry cask maturation adds depth—raisin, fig and brown sugar—woven with almond and a whisper of cocoa, finishing with warm, spicy oak.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with waxy brightness and citrus zest that recedes into sherried fruit. Raisined apricot and fig unfold alongside almonds, hazelnut and a trace of dark chocolate, all spiced by warm oak. At 50% ABV the balance stays poised, delivering a long, polished palate with a gentle, lingering finish.
