Raasay Na Sia Unpeated Single Rye Cask Whisky 7 Year Old

This seven-year-old unpeated single malt forms part of the Isle of Raasay Distillery’s Na Sia Single Cask Series. Na Sia, meaning “the six” in Gaelic, explores the six individual cask and spirit combinations used to create the distillery’s signature whisky. Matured in a single ex-American rye whiskey cask, this expression brings together creamy vanilla, caramel and ripe fruit with black pepper and warming rye spice.

Distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay, it is presented at a natural cask strength of 59% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. The absence of peat places greater emphasis on the fruity distillate and spicy American rye cask influence, leading to a rich, powerful finish with lingering white pepper and butterscotch.
