Raasay Na Sia Peated Single Rye Cask Whisky 7 Year Old

This seven-year-old peated single malt forms part of the Isle of Raasay Distillery’s Na Sia Single Cask Series. Na Sia, meaning “the six” in Gaelic, explores the six individual components used to create the distillery’s signature whisky. This expression was matured in a single American rye whiskey cask, bringing peppery spice and caramelised sweetness to Raasay’s smoky Hebridean spirit.

Distilled, matured and bottled on the Isle of Raasay, it is presented at a natural cask strength of 60.3% ABV, without chill filtration or added colouring. Layers of woodsmoke, black pepper and warming rye spice lead into a lingering, powerful finish.
