(RAA-say) Raasay is a modern island single malt Scotch whisky from the Isle of Raasay Distillery, the first legal whisky distillery on the Hebridean island of Raasay. Located between Skye and the Scottish mainland, the distillery distils, matures and bottles every drop of its spirit on the island, using water from its own 60 metre well.
