Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, mahogany edge; sun-kissed bronze that speaks of rich brandy influence and cask strength.
Nose
Sweet vanilla lifts with white grapes and green apples, a whisper of dried banana and toffee, then a subtle ribbon of honeyed spice weaving through the aroma.
Palate
Dried fruits mingle with a hint of sweet pears, toffee and honeyed vanilla, while almonds and cinnamon spice lend a warm, layered sweetness.
Finish
A dry, mouth-drying finish with oak tannins, accented by cinnamon spice and a lively note of white pepper.
