Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with sea-salt brightness, honeyed citrus and orchard fruit, then swells into fig and raisin with dark chocolate, toasted almond and toffee. Sherry influence adds velvet weight, while spicy oak—cinnamon and clove—frames the profile. A coastal brine threads through, lifting the sweetness. At 53.6%, it remains warm and poised, finishing long with cocoa, orange zest and a maritime echo.
