This 12 year old Single Malt was initially matured in refill Bourbon barrels, then finished in a fresh Sherry Butt for 33 months.

Colour
Rich golden amber with sunlit copper highlights.
Nose
Briny sea air and salted vanilla greet the nose, backed by bourbon sweetness. Sherried richness blooms with dried figs and raisins, intertwined with dark chocolate and toasted oak, while a delicate iodine kiss threads through. At cask strength, maritime notes feel vibrant, coastal, and enduring.
Palate
Briny and powerful, the palate opens with sea-salt caramel, apples and dried fig. Sherry notes weave in raisin, cocoa and warm spices, while vanilla and oak add depth. Full-bodied and creamy with a noticeable cask-strength warmth, the finish lingers with saline almonds and a touch of dark chocolate.
Finish
Long maritime finish of sea-salt brine over sherry-influenced fruit—dried fig, raisin and spice—fading into toasted oak and cocoa, with a final whisper of brine and gentle warmth.
