Colour
Rich, deep amber with copper-bronze highlights and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-cask aroma with dark plum, fig and raisin, brightened by orange zest, over coastal malt and a whisper of sea breeze. Rich caramel, cocoa and gentle spice weave through the fragrance, delivering a luxurious, lingering nose.
Palate
Silky and generous on the palate, this Distillers Edition envelops dark plum, fig and raisin in a rich sherry-laden sweetness with orange zest. Ripe caramel, cocoa nibs and toasted almond mingle with warm spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—while a touch of maritime salt lifts the mouthfeel. Velvet oak frames the core with a hint of smoke and mocha that lingers gracefully.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with sherry sweetness weaving through dried fig, date and orange zest. Dark chocolate and toasted almond mingle with subtle coastal salt and spice, fading slowly to a warm, refined echo of oak.
